Delivery
Your ebooks are delivered automatically and immediately upon purchase by an email from BookFunnel. If the email hasn’t arrived in 5 minutes, look for it in your Spam folder — or if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder.
Do you have more than one email address? The book will be delivered to the email address you used at checkout.

Your library will contain all ebooks you have purchased from BookFunnel from any and all authors.

You cannot download your ebooks to the BookFunnel app or read on the browser from the following: Kindle Paperwhite, Touch, Voyage, Oasis, NOOK, Glowlight, Kobo Aura, Internet Explorer browser, Kindle Fire 1st Gen (2011), NOOK Color (2010), NOOK Tablet (2011), NOOK HD (2012)
SOLUTION: If you have one of these, simply install Chrome or Firefox on your computer!
You can listen to your audiobook in the BookFunnel app, or by streaming in the BookFunnel cloud player, or with DRM-free MP3 downloads!

Print books are delivered by shipping. Signed paperbacks are shipped ONLY to the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia and New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments are tracked.
Buyers are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
All orders are processed within 1 to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that pre-order books may take longer. This is dependent on shipping and print times from the manufacturer. Once a month the author places an order for stock, then it can take up to three weeks to arrive with the author for her to sign and ship onward.
